Chesterton Connect IS Sensor
Intrinsically safe (IS) for pumps and sealing systems in hazardous environments
The Chesterton Connect IS Sensor is intrinsically safe for hazardous environments, including high-pressure, high-temperature, and flammable areas with gas, vapor, or dust. It features intrinsic safety to prevent ignition, making it ideal for critical monitoring in these conditions. It is rated for Class 1/Division 1 (gas, vapor environments) and Class 2/Division 1 (dust environments) and IP66 for outdoor use. Utilizing Bluetooth® technology and a robust design to withstand harsh environments, Chesterton Connect IS makes it easy to monitor:

Chesterton Connect Gauge
Increase Reliability with Wireless Pressure and Temperature 24/7 Remote Monitoring
The Chesterton Connect Wireless Gauge helps increase pump uptime by allowing you to remotely monitor pressure and temperature in localized areas of your system. Utilizing the Chesterton Connect Gateway, the Gauge displays the measured parameters in the Chesterton Connect Cloud facilitating historical data trends and 24/7 notifications when user-defined thresholds are exceeded. Combined with the Cloud, the Gauge helps provide insights to improve maintenance, drive corrective actions, and optimize equipment performance.
Applications
- The Chesterton Connect Wireless Gauge 1K PSI (70 Bar) wireless pressure transducer is ideally suited for pump suction and discharge applications, where both process pressure and process temperature is measured at 5 minute intervals. This sensor can also be used to measure plant air accurately down to around 20 PSI, after which it will still measure but with less accuracy.
- The Chesterton Connect Wireless Gauge 10K PSI (700 Bar) wireless pressure transducer is suited for high pressure applications, such as hydraulics or very high pressure pumping applications such as reciprocating pumps, or high head water distribution systems. Both process temperature and temperature is measured at 5 minute intervals.
